UpTop is the rooftop bar on the Kern's patio, the newest of the food hall's three bars, and Thursday it runs its first karaoke night: two hours of singing from seven to nine with half off select drinks, pop-ups, and a drawing for a date night that Kern's itself will host. Thursday is also the night Roni's Mac Bar runs themed trivia on the Scruffy Bar screens downstairs at 6:30, so the building has a warm-up act. Rain showers are likely Thursday; UpTop bills itself as indoor-outdoor, so the microphone stays dry.
