The 808, the music venue that opened at 808 Sevier Avenue in October with national touring acts, gives Friday to the locals. College Night is three Knoxville bands on the hour, Ella Pinchock at eight, Fort Knox at nine and Pocket Ace at ten, with the doors at seven. It is five dollars at the door and free for anyone who RSVPs on the venue's Posh page, eighteen and up. The room's own line is come out and support the city's local talent. The Vols are not playing until Saturday, so the avenue is yours Friday.
