A sound bath with Tibetan and crystal singing bowls fills the Ijams visitor center Sunday morning
Bring a mat and a blanket.

KB Sound Healing brings Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, a gong and the rest of its instruments to the big room at the Ijams Nature Center visitor center Sunday at ten for an hour-long sound bath, which is a lie-down meditation where the sound does the work. Bring whatever makes an hour on the floor comfortable: a mat, a blanket, a pillow. It is twenty-five dollars. If you want to stack the morning, the bird banding at Meads Quarry ends at 9:30, a five-minute drive away, and Hope Irwin's Sunday yoga class follows in the same building at 11:30 for ten dollars.
